About me

I am a Masters Student at the University of Waterloo in the Systems Design Engineering Department specializing in deep learning as it applies to remote sensing data. I am currently a part of the Vision and Image Processing Lab working on semi-supervised semantic segmentation of drone images and video of river ice. I have 12 months experience as a data scientist in the energy industry where I worked on everything from creating efficient data pipelines, to building machine learning models and deploying them to web applications.
